Victory for the Liberty Summer Seminar

I’ve been meaning to get to this, and I’ve been suitably prompted by Peter Jaworski. In case you don’t remember Peter, he blogs at The Volunteer and is involved with the Liberty Summer Seminar. It was the LSS that landed his parents (who were hosting the event  for the 10th straight year) in hot water. I covered the story here, here, here and here.

Thankfully, the Jaworskis have won their battle with the town of Clarington and will no longer be hounded by municipal goons for unwarranted fines. The Jaworskis were aided by the Canadian Constitution Foundation. The CCF’s press release can be found here.  This is great news for the Jaworskis and for all of us.

Congrats and thanks!
