    Lol. Kenney touches the third-rail of leadership, admitting there really is such thing as a stupid question.

    As I recall, Jonathan, you’ve classified one or two charter challenges in the stupidity zone too.

    True, though I’m not sure I would ever send such a message as Mr. Kenney did were I a Cabinet Minister (luckily, that has about a zero chance of happening).

    Plus honouring the Charter shouldn’t mean lionizing everyone who pays a filing fee to launch a legal challenge based on it. Still less, judges who take them seriously.
